Just a quick email to say Thanks to the house that just came to my house on a Public Holiday to fix my new control panel, I was worried we would have to listen to the beeping for a couple of days at least, alas we did not I rang the 0800 number in my instructions Manuel and the guy that answered came out within two hours.

The install went very well and the two installers were brilliant, both very nice guys did an excellent job, gave great advise on how best to use it and they were very clean and tidy left no mess we were both very impressed.
