What a fantastic company to deal with!
I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team, from the two guys who were door knocking in the area offering government subsidies for Gold Card holders, in my case to retrofit/top up the existing ceiling insulation. I didn't think I would qualify due to still working part time, but they assured me that I would. Sales Manager Dylan arrived on time to view & quote the job, including a replacement LED light & new insulation over the attached garage. It was lovely dealing with such a lovely young man.
Aileen, who scheduled the job & followed up with phone calls offering advanced installation due to last minute cancellations.
The two guys who did the install & the electrician who replaced the light, all arrived on time, were very polite, efficient & cleaned up after themselves.

From the office team to the installer, these people know their stuff and are so wonderful (helpful & friendly) to deal with! We heavily researched the best ventilation system for our home/needs and these guys gave us the most accurate, honest and helpful info that we needed to make our decision, and they didn’t just bash another company to make them/their product “seem” better!.they just say the facts of how the SAYR system is etc. Fast easy service from deposit to install, even contacted me when able to install a couple days earlier which was great! The installer was very helpful and even vacuumed under my couch which was full of kids mess when he was cleaning up his mess! The SAYR system has been absolutely brilliant!! Installing it in the middle of winter in our 3yr old home we didn’t expect to notice a huge difference right away. However we DID notice a massive difference! Not only are the windows dry most mornings (still a little on the real frosty mornings which I can see is going in time as the home dries out) but the air in our home doesn’t smell stale, I can heat the home a few degrees cooler and yet it feels warm (coming from someone who seriously feels the cold) and my kids bedding no longer feels cold/damp to touch (am truly amazed that all this time my kids bedding was actually really damp). Love how the whole SAYR system works, the way it runs and the control panel. I have lived in a few homes with DVS and we are definitely glad we went with SAYR - if we ever move homes we will be coming right back to you guys for another SAYR system - best investment for our home! Exactly what we were after and more. Thanks so much!

We shifted into our house built in 1990 in April but soon found it was quite cold with lots of condensation especially when Frosty. I looked online found Kiwi Energy Solutions talked to a colleague who had work done by KESOL and booked an appointment for a home assessment. Nick came a few days later and gave the house a thorough assessment then worked through some options with us to make the house dryer, warmer and more energy efficient.
With an a few weeks Aileen in the office had coordinated the installation of extractor fans in the bathrooms, 33 old down lights replaced with LEDs another layer of insulation put in the ceiling, two new heat pumps and a SAYR ventilation system which takes the warm air that builds up in the ceiling space and pushes it through the house warming and drying it reducing the heating needs.
The whole team Aileen, Nick, Greg and Stu have provided excellent advice and service in a short time frame. Within a week since instalatons the house feels more comfortable and healthy to live in. Thank you. Willem

Im rating this experience for 2 reasons, firstly the ventilation unit has made an immediate difference in my home (dry windows after 24 hours in my living room, previously they were dripping wet in the mornings). Secondly these guys are efficient and honest. This is the 2nd unit they have installed for me and I gave them repeat business as it is refreshing to know I can deal with people with integrity. We had 24 new LED lights installed replacing our old ones, and David and I are very pleased and happy with them. And absolutely couldn't fault anything from start to finish with the workmanship especially Darrell, who gave us our quote and explained everything to us in his very friendly helpful Manner and there was no pressure to decide to go ahead, and organized it to be done promptly. Then Greg came and installed the lights, and was fast and efficient and no mess, cleaned up as he went along, did a great job. Thanks very much, and a special mention to Aileen!
