My installer, Shane, had a pleasant manner, worked hard, and cleaned up the floor at the end.
I asked him to check that the existing insulation round the hot water cylinder was dry
as the cylinder had leaked a while ago. He cheerfully did this, and peeled back the existing
insulation so any dampness could evaporate before he laid the new layer.
