Step 1. Book Assessment
First step is to make contact with us. Whether you are old school with a rotary telephone or swiping through your smart phone we are easy to get hold of. One of our admin staff will call to book an assessment. These take from 20min to 40min depending on the enquiry. Our hours are from 9am to 9pm so let us know when suits you. All our assessors carry ID and wear uniforms.
Step 2. The Assessment
One of our experienced assessors will visit, inspect and take photos, discuss your needs and budget and then propose the best solution. They can also advise on the current Subsidies available in Canterbury. Please ask about our Payment Plans, we are extremely pleased to be able to offer long term Interest Free
Step 3. Booking the Install
One of our install managers will contact you the following day. (If there is a time or method that is more convenient let the assessor know.) He will arrange a time with you for the install and explain which team and who is coming. We start early and finish late and even work weekends so flexibility makes life a lot easier. Once you are loaded into our calendar you are in good hands.
Step 4. The Install
Our installers will introduce themselves and ask permission to enter. They will conduct a quick pre install check to make sure everything will go smoothly. They will explain the process so you are aware of what will be happening and then start the job. When finished they will clean up and leave with a smile and a wave. A cup of tea or coffee is always appreciated
Step 5. Follow Up
The office will conduct an audit after the installation. Depending on the solution this could involve us inspecting post install photographs, feedback from yourself, an auditor requiring a 2nd look, etc. We need to make sure the job is completed correctly and more importantly that you are satisfied.
Step 6. Invoice & Feedback
Only then do we supply you an invoice for payment or finish processing the finance. We also always ask for feedback whether good or bad. We are skilled at what we do and take pride in under promising yet over delivering. Please help us stay that way
Step 7. After Sales Support
Probably the most important step. There are always questions or situations that come up in the future. We are a large organization with business offices in Papanui. We also have a service team who are available to help/answer/fix/support your "post purchase" experience. We know this is important to most Cantabrians because of the high number of repeat and returning clients. Post EQ, there are far too many "fly by night" contractors and "one man bands". Call us old fashioned but we believe in genuine "mortar and bricks" companies. Transparent, available and most importantly, supporting Canterbury.
