I'm writing this email to personally thank Nick and CST.
I've lived in my home for 10 years and have raised my 3 children on my own for the past 8 years. Each winter I dread as the fear creeps in at the knowing there will be severe condensation, dampness, mould and sickness.
As a parent we want to do the best to provide love, care and health for our children. No matter how many blankets, hot water bottles, it didn't stop the dread of winter in a single glazed home.
When my husband out of the blue left a string of violent terrifying earthquakes and personal health issues the thought each year of winter with dampness and sickness certainly didn't help things.
Thank you to Nick and ALL at CST and believing in helping people and not judging them I had a ventilation system installed this week. Before Nick visited I'd given up hope of providing a warm healthy home. Through tears of joy I heard the words YES we can help you for me it was like a big weight had gone of my shoulders as the sole provider I was thrilled that I was going to provide a dryer healthier home to live and grow and make memories.

Thank you so very much Nick and CST team. I always get Croup in the winter but I'm so thankful now because my mum told me that I may not get as much so thank you so very much.

Thank you so much Nick and the CST team for making this all possible for my family. It's going to be so great having a nice warm and dry home this winter and many more to come. Mum told me by having a dryer and warmer home with less running watery windows this will prevent us from getting sick which will be awesome. Once again thank you so much.
